We have
had
extensive
experience since
1997 when we ventured into
this particular
adventure managing the
"El
Almendro"
Bar Restaurant,
which my grandparents
brought with good
trade and hard work.
Previously my
great-grandmother Isabel,
a
really hazardous woman,
managed
an inn
in the old house.
In 2006 we opened
"La
Juderķa de Las Arribes",
a
dream come true.
Today Mari
(the owner) is responsible for
preparing
delicious dishes in line with
traditional cuisine and
suggesting
local products
as
cheeses
and sausages, plus
wines "Arribes".
